Lynne Bashuski
April 14, 2017
It is with great sadness that we announce that Lynne Bashuski passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends.
Remaining to cherish Lynne’s memory are her loving husband Lorand of 16 years; son Victor Toth (Marisa); her brother Darryl Shepherd; her mother-in- law Verna Bashuski; her brothers-in-law Richard Bashuski (Alice) and Brendon Bashuski (Candace); and her two nieces, Olivia Bashuski and Tabitha Bruins; as well as numerous cousins and friends.
Lynne was predeceased by her parents Dave and Marjorie Shepherd and her sister-in-law Mavis Shepherd.
Lynne worked as a nurse for some 30 years until she got sick. She loved nursing and was quite upset when she had to retire due to illness. She also loved to entertain and make big meals for company, especially “her group.” An assortment of pets also kept Lynne quite happy.
Her last 6 years were spent in Deer Lodge after a stroke. She endured her illness with great courage and strength. Many thanks to the staff at Deer Lodge for the wonderful and loving care they gave her.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Edward’s Church, 836 Arlington St. on Monday May 8, 2017 at 10 a.m. Reception and Internment to follow.
Flowers are gratefully declined and donations may be made to the Deer Lodge Center.
