TAYE UTSUNOMIYA
Taye Utsunomiya passed away suddenly but peacefully on February 29, 2016. She had recently celebrated her 95th birthday.
Taye was predeceased by her parents, Genji and Kiwa, by her sister, Louise Massey, and by her brother-in-law, Jack Maynard. She is survived by her brothers, Yas (Margaret), Max (Sumiko) and Ken (Kathy), by her sister, Amy Maynard, and by her brother-in-law, Bruce Massey. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of Beacon Hill Lodge for their care and compassion over the past 16 years.
A private family service has been planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba Inc., to the Never Alone Foundation, or to a charity of your choice.
