Rose Marie Romaniuk, 81, of Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016.
She was born to Stephen and Anna Pedliseck on May 2, 1935. She is survived by her three daughters Marie Pelekh and husband Borys, Teresa Ripley and her husband David, Donna Romaniuk; a sister Jerry Ann DeFilippo and husband Kenneth of Miami, Florida; four grandchildren, Steven and wife Kim, Anna-Marie and husband Kris, Alana and husband Brent, and Matthias; and six great grandchildren, Emily, Alexa, Abigail, Mason, Nolin, and Lucas.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday November 29, 2016 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 4000 Portage Avenue Winnipeg.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Victoria Hospital Foundation specifically to the Medicine and ICU unit development.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the H7staff of the Health Sciences Centre for their support during Rose’s hospitalization.
