Irene Marie Ozuk
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mom, Irene Ozuk on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. At her side were her 5 children and their families along with her brother Albert and sister-in-law Donna as she passed peacefully away at the age of 76 years.
Mom was predeceased by her parents Ambroise and Amelie McKay, her husband Louis Ozuk and their twins, Irene and Joseph. She is also predeceased by numerous brothers and sisters.
Left to treasure her memory is Patrick Ozuk; Merna Sobering (Jon), Emily, Lisa, Daniel; Doris Pitzel (Garth), Nathan, Colin, Amy; Raymond Ozuk (Tracey); Brenda Daigneau (Trent), Kelly.
There will be a celebration of her life on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn 4000 Portage Ave, Wpg, MB. Private interment will take place with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in mom's name to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
At this time, we would like to extend our appreciation for the amazing support and guidance we received from the staff at the Victoria Hospital and the St. Boniface Hospital 5th, 7th and 2nd floor ICU.
